Can I retrain ability scores in LFR? I made Charisma my highest and want to switch it with Strength at the next level. I'm at level 1, just completed one module.

Thanks for the advice, I'd houserule it as a DM, but this is a new LFR build, so I doubt it would fly. Hafted defense isn't optimal since I have to burn a feat, but it works. Thanks!

I was hoping to use a greatspear as my primary knight weapon for my LFR eladrin. Would I qualify for the spinning deflection class feature? I'm trying to keep AC with plate, but use a two-handed weapon and find another AC boost.
