So if a fighter draws his longsword, moves 15 feet and attacks, it makes no difference whether he has the quickdraw feat or not? (because he can't make a full attack after moving 15 feet even if he had drawn his weapon before going into combat)

Ward Cestus is in Arms & Equipment Guide? What page, cause I can't find it? What about Ki Focus on a weapon....if I would enhance a +2 weapon with it and have a Ki strike +3, would that make a +5?? I guess not, but it is worth asking.

But if I would buy a necklace of natural weapons +2 and be a monk of level 17, would my attacks be considered +3 (only ki strike) or +5 (ki + necklace)? I need a +5 weapon and like to stay unarmed as monk; I am searching for the cheapest way to do this.

I guess the enchantment of the weapons due to the necklace doesn't stack with the ki-strike 'enchantment' of the monk? And what about those dex-items?

Do there exist gloves that are considered +5 as a weapon, so the monk could keep his unarmed damage modifier, but attack with a +5 weapon? And are there items that boost your dex with 6 other than gloves of dex? Bracers of dex maybe? Please also note where you found the items....

Could you give some good PrC for monks (and where can I find them?)? All non-evil please.
