You're right, if the creature moves and then attack, it will have only one attack. To be able to use all you (natural in that case) attacks, you need a full round action. Therefore, if you moved, you only have a partial action left, which can be used to attack once.

you, as a DM, could always rule 0 that one. But, under a moonlike, myself being human, I cannot see everything and which path would be the best to take in the forest. Snake and all small animal can come next to me without being seen. You can always give them a spot check, but you should try it...

Human don't see anything in the dark. With moon they can see in their square (5') and that's it.

Nope, our druid respect our way of thinking as long as we halp him in his quest. He never complained about other people wearing metal. We are lucky it is like this, he would not like my full-plated Dwarven warrior that much :D
