I could be wrong, but... I think the attack bonus should be +9, due to Large size. Also I would think that you didn't add in the Alertness skill bonus to Listen/Spot. Your saves don't look quite right: 6/2+2=5, 6/3=2. So Fort=5+3=8, &c. Otherwise looks good. :)

A ranged touch paralysis attack lasting 2d6 minutes seems far, far too powerful for a CR 1/2 creature.
