This looks excellent - like 3e5 skill tricks without having to but the option. As you say, these are the sort of extraordinary things we'll want skills to be used for occationally. Occationally => I like the -5 for repeated use. There is one thing, though, that I do not like. Some of the Stunts...

I don't think the original idea was to be able to attack with the shield in melee, just to be able to throw it. So: A melee attack, thrown attack, and defense from using a shield. By the rules that is what you get by wielding a thrown melee weapon and a shield. So balance-wise there is no...

My simple solution (spoilports) would be to mak ethe DC 10/15/20 for tiers considering +level/2. With much bonuses it'll be pretty easy at epic but... supermen can do anyting!

That's not very attractive for an Eladrin Wizard, and the same goes for the suggested wizard cantrip...

I actually do that, but in addition I multiply the characters' hitpoints by that same number. It allows really heroic characters!
