Your not missing much that I can see... after reading though it once. One really small nitpick... I'd drop the written part, it sounds like you need a lawyer to look over the paperwork :)

This is gonna be a fight between Wicht and myself to demo/test the two paths we've discused. I'll be a Black Belt, Wicht will be a Warlord. Naturaly this fight won't count for anything... Just a chance for us all to see the new powers in action and see if there's something that needs to be...

That would be easier I agree. I don't care much about the dojo record, I just think the honored/dishonored thing is pointless, especialy in the current rule setup.

Personaly I both of these idea's... I think the Yakuza should get a few more buffer ranks, to make things a bit easier on them. Over all what Witch listed out seems to work for me, I'll agree the perfict defense, does seem powerfull, but consider that a 7th tier honored fighter is throwing 2...

I like the idea of leaving it open like that. So basicly, the rules don't say one way or the other how it will work, so it's up to the person who's doing it. i.e. As a greenbelt you have the option of opening a IC dojo, and taking in students, as things are now. Or you could do the same...

Well I'm back finaly... It turns out that the reason I wasn't getting the activation email was due to the email account I used... Why the heck it would bounce a email from here, and not all the other spam I get is beyond me. I'll be contuinuing the storyline started on the old boards...
