After finishing the super-awesome The Judging Eye (by R. Scott Bakker), I decided to go back to the beginning and do a reread of the series, with The Darkness that Comes Before. It's making a helluva lot more sense that the first time. :)

I read it a few months ago for the first time. Kind of overrated in some ways, but still good. I'm looking forward to the movie.

Personally, I've never had a problem with the noise on the XBox. Most of the time it runs pretty silently (at least, no louder than my PC). There was at least once or twice where it ran kinda loud, but I haven't heard it run that loud for a long time since.

No, they do get a feat every level as characters in PF get a new feat every odd level regardless of which class they're playing and fighters get a bonus feat on every even level. So, a feat every level.

With what games? MGS4, Little Big Planet, and... there was some other exclusive 'big name' title in 2008, but I can't remember it. The 2008 'big name' exclusives definitely do close the gap between the X-Box and the PS3, but they haven't eclipsed the 360 yet.

Heroforge was the single greatest thing ever for 3.5. I'd love to see a version of this new software that's 3.5, but I'd understand if that wasn't possible. Good luck with the 4e version though. :)

Now that I've finished Fallout 3, I've gone back to play through Fallout 1... for the first time ever. It's pretty fun so far. I've got dogmeat and I think I...uh almost prematurely ended the game accidentally. Thankfully, I saved beforehand and was able to get out of it. :D
