I'm really happy about the Fallout announcement......for those who wish for a Fallout RPG, you might try Hypercorps Wasteland 2099 by Mike Myler. It uses 5E's engine, but is a pretty good "Fallout" skin without saying it's Fallout.

Nobody goes to Gencon any more, its too crowded :) As for Onyx Path....Wraith 20 was supposed to be delivered in Nov 2015....the book is still in editing. It annoys me that on their KS page they always put "We learned from our other Kickstarters", but often have the same problems like 1+ year...

Sounds similar: ED:RPG has maneuvers like, Drift, Roll, Strafe, and the kind of maneuver you are describing (plus a few more). Each one provides some kind of potential option with a successful skill roll. I like that there will be a teamwork aspect to space combat.
