    Thematic organisation of Monsters?

I'm looking for monsters organised into themes. I would like to create (or right now at the beginning just think about an plan out) some thematic campaign ideas. I have a few ideas, but I would be interested in a few suggestions. Like: The Lich Wizard, who has bone golems, hordes of zombies...

    D&D 5E 5e summary?

Thank you guys! Especially Li. I was really excited about 5e when they announced it, I was excited when I saw the first few playtests, than I got disappointed with the playtest changes and left the scene. Now I'm excited again. Sure there are a couple of things I would have liked...

    D&D 5E 5e summary?

Can you guys point me to a summary of 5e... I wasn't really involved since the first couple of beta test packages. I guess Wizards is only polishing it right now, and the main decisions have been made already.

    Dungeon magazine reviews?

I have to agree. I have read the first few Dungeons- and Dragons magazines from the beginning of 4e, and they were quite bad imho. The last few are quite interesting. I don't really understand why they try to limit themselves to these few topics... They could use themes from their old d20 line...

    Dungeon magazine reviews?

Thanks for the reply. Hmm... that's bad. I have the impression that 4ed will be forgotten pretty quickly, Dungeon- and Dragon magazines are on hiatus... so many adventures will be lost in oblivion.

    Dungeon magazine reviews?

I'm looking for Dungeon Magazine reviews. Little (or not so little) reviews on the adventures in them. Right now, there are dozens (if not hundreds) of adventure modules for D&D4 and reading them all through, just to see which should be the next one I play would take a ridiculously long time...

Looking for a murder solving mysterious adventure

Thanks for the replies. I've managed to get my hands on all of these (except the Zeitgeist one), and for my campaign I think the Witch that never sleeps is by far the best. Thanks for your help. :D

Hi! I'm looking for a murder solving adventure. It can be any kind of system, old, d&d2, d20, d&d4 etc.

    What about adventures?

WotC as a company is trying to maximise profits. Making a good adventure takes 2-3 game designers, some painters/drawers, a few map makers, a lot of time, and a huge lot of playtesters. Obviously not very efficient way to create a product which will be sold for 10-20 bucks, and it won't sell...

D&D 5E Monte Cook Leaves WotC - No Longer working on D&D Next [updated]

I was very optimistic about 5e, right until now. - Wyatt, Cordell, Schwalb, Mearls and everyone else at WotC wrote (in my opinion) medium quality articles/books/adventures to a low quality rpg. 4e was poorly designed, I agree that it had a few new and really great ideas, but still, it was a...

The Future of D&D Seminar - Full Video from PAX East

I missed those too. Would be cool if it would be more visible. Edit: I changed my mind. Those vids are so bad quality, they are not worth watching. Thank you guys for making the transcripts.

What kinds of New Settings do you want?

I would like to see a low fantasy, high realism setting. (Something like Kingdoms of kalamar). 1. Magic and magic items are scarce. If a warrior/paladin type character gets a full set of armor it is a big accomplishment in itself. The same is true for a wizard getting a magic staff, or for a...
