Can you attack a characters items? I know you can attack thier weapons or shield, but can the monster try to destroy anything else? I'm actually wondering because the characters in my game have become a tad overequipped and i'm trying to think of plausable ways for them to lose a key item or 2 :D

When do monsters get epic feats? i understand when a monster with levels would i.e. a 30th level kobold sorcerer. but what about a 40 HD great wyrm dragon? is it just at 21 hit dice?

Do dragons use material, verbal, and somatic components when casting spells as a sorcerer? I could have sworn I read something about that subject but i don't remember where or what it said.

if a creature has natural attacks (claws, teeth) and monk levels can it use it's better attack progression and damage from it's monk levels?

I hate TPK's myself but poor planning and overestimating the party has led to some unpleasant results luckily i can usually find a way out of them, although it usually requires the bad guys suddenly getting dumb and deciding they should imprisson the invaders they just beat to a pulp :)
