If you use OA try a Tattoo Monk. They get the Crab Tattoo which gives them DR 2 per Tattoo which can be overcome by + weapons = to con bonus. I have a 6th Tattoo Monk with DR 6/+5 so with this I can overcome any DR to +5.

Why not get a magic item created with Magic Jar, give the ring to the Lord so that when you assassinate the Lord the Magic Jar happens and his body is dead but his soul is in the ring. Have the item with non-detection so that divination spells block information on where the soul is.

My thoughts are to give it the 5' Radius IE 15 Diameter but only usable by characters & monster of LG alignment. As it only works in the hands of a Paladin the SR should only work with LG characters etc. my 2 cents worth.

As what Orco42 said but this may be clearer. The +1 weapon has already been enchanted and the family has paid 2000gp. A +2 weapon is 8000gp but you already have a +1 so 8000gp - 2000gp = 6000gp cost to upgrade from +1 to +2. So you now have a +2 weapon and you want to add shock enchantment...

When you say without magic items does this inculde spells? Can you have up to 5th level spells running?

But they are using their body. With the Psychic power they have made their hands biggier that do more damage. They use their minds to do this. It is starting the base damage off at a higher base then you increase due to the monks ability for unarmed fighting.
