What Are All the Elementals and Paraelementals?

Your opinion is noted. I'll decide later. Ah man, it would be great if I could find that.

    How Do You Pronounce Treant?

I know the Tolkien estate protects their rights, but I thought the OGL license prohibited using WOTC copyrighted names in books. Am I missing something here?

    D&D 3E/3.5 Creature Catalog 3.5 overhaul project - part 1

Out of curiosity, where did all the Creature Catalog monsters come from anyway? I know there are all kinds of books out there, but is the Catalog complete in at least its list of all the known official sources? I'm pretty sure you don't have every single monster here.

    How Do You Pronounce Treant?

Actually, my pronunciation is more like "tree-ent" than "tree-ant" now that I think about it. I said it was tree-ant before because I wasn't stressing the "a" enough to make it distinguishable.

    How Do You Pronounce Treant?

Well then, I must be stupid too, cause I say it the exact same way. Strange, the word looks like it's just one syllable, but something inside makes me think otherwise. This also brings up another question... was the treant just an invention to basically rip-off the ents or does it have its own...

    How Do You Pronounce Treant?

    I've never heard it said.

All the Different Types of Giant-Kin

Oh man, I must apologize, guys, for being gone so long. My internet access was cut off for a while but all is well again.

All the Different Types of Giant-Kin

You better believe it. Originally, I was unsure, but putting trolls here is better than giving them their own topic.

All the Different Types of Goblinoids

It would be convenient to get them out of the way, so yeah. Maybe under false goblins or something.

All the Different Types of Giant-Kin

Ogres, giants, ettins... oh my! Time for the giant-kin. I'm not sure how this will be set up, but I'm happy either way. I don't know what all falls under this category, so I hope to be pleasantly surprised when Filby's list gets here. :D

All the Different Types of Goblinoids

It was a very good idea to list them according to race rather than campaign setting. Much easier to look at. So far, I've been recording all the things done in these threads in wordpad documents, polishing them up for the big repost. But, we're not done yet! Ummm, let's see... there's alot we...

All the Different Types of Goblinoids

Ah, goblins and goblin-kin alike. Most of the time they are viewed as nothing but vassals for our rage. But who are these goblins? Do they have lives outside of eating and sleeping and killing? Do they feel as we do? Alas, let's take a closer look at who these little (and not so little) guys...

All the Different Types of Orcs

Thanks again, Filby, for your thoroughness, and the rest of you guys for pointing out things, of course. One question, what are the orcs referred to as from Kingdoms of Kalamar? You guys are practically reading my mind. I was originally going to just do goblins, but goblinoids would entail...

All the Different Types of Orcs

After the great success of all the classic demihuman races, I thought it might be fun to get to know the more diverse (or grotesque) races of the multiverse. This time, orcs are in the limelight!

All the Different Types of Halflings

Exactly what I had in mind, though I didn't know there were enough kinds to go around. We'll find out soon enough! Next up... orcs and orc-kin.

All the Different Types of Halflings

Well, the gnome section was short enough, but since halflings were just a fantasy creation to begin with (with no bearing to reality, I mean), I think this list will be the shortest.

All the Different Types of Gnomes

Man, this is going great. So far we've chronicled elves, dwarves, and gnomes in this manner and I think it's going to pay-off. I noticed there was no "Gnomes from Earth's Dark Ages" in this one, but that's probably because gnomes are... well, not all that popular in mythology. They're just...

All the Different Types of Gnomes

I think we all know the procedure by now. :D Soon, we'll have a nice list of all the major races.

All the Different Types of Dwarves

Always interested, my friend. Please do elaborate. Well, if nobody has any other official dwarves to add, I'll go ahead and move on to gnomes.
