I fondly remember these, so I'll be picking this up. And it's a great price, too, for pure genius. And the special guest stars ... and the fact that it was advertised as being "in color," like the old shows that switched from b&w to color a couple decades earlier ...

Except I think the people they *really* want are the "bad" ones who don't actually know it. That percentage has gone down in successive seasons, as the show has become increasingly "meta," but I expect there are still a few there. As to the general workings of the show, I pretty much guessed...

I've had DirecTV for maybe three years now, and I'm modestly happy. The reception is good except for moderate to heavy rain. Whenever we've had technical issues, we've basically gotten replacements for free. However, I'd have to say that I've actually considered going back to cable. We have DTV...

At one level, it's silly; but at another, it's a name that sells.

And I'll go with G'Kar, with Londo a close second. :D They both cover roughly the same scope of character development, I think, but I just like G'Kar's trajectory slightly better--but only if I'm forced to choose.

Yes, I agree. As much as I was tempted to put down the moment in the finale of Season 3 of B5 with the White Star -- or really just about *any* moment from that masterpiece -- I'd have to say this one moment. I was alone in a crummy apartment in Columbia, Mo., at the time, taking two 3-hour...

That's because Marvel > DC. :D Edit: All kidding aside, the two Spider-man movies have been about the acme of superhero films, so most any superhero movie is going to be measured by that standard for me.

To cut the psion means cutting the quintessential psionics user and will be considered an attack on psionics. Just so you know. :D So I went beguiler. But I think we've passed the point of needed pruning here.

These are all really good reasons, but I think that every time I've seen this trope in a TV show (like Eureka), it's apparent that the character has every intention of eating the sandwich immediately or very nearly so. I guess the "emergency" could be the need for comic hilarity.

Or it could possibly be a bad movie with an utterly unfunny trailer. Looking forward to Vice despite the offstage stuff.
