I'm surprised how close the numbers for DMG and PHB seem to be. I'd guess that by the end of the cycle shown something like 60+ % of PHB customers also bought the DMG and that seems really high. I would imagine those numbers to be closer to 25% nowadays (guessing, really).

For what it's worth, the rider screams "adventure this way" to me. Then again, I've been DMing most of my gaming life, so I may well be "overqualified", see things too much from the GM seat perspective. I mean, no sane GM plants a " optional distraction " in a con game.

I'm not sure, have you played convention one- shots? What you describe doesn't seem to apply to the OP's experience very well.

Hmm... fair. I'd like to see the RAW cleared up before digging into GM rulings (unless this is clearly a rulings => rules thing) So: It might be an oversight, but it doesn't say "additional sorc slots"...

Hey folks, just to make sure I get this right: If my lvl 7 cleric multiclasses to sorc and adds 2 levels, which gives him Font of Magic and sorc points: Can I points to trade for cleric slots as well? Like, "sell" sorc slots to gain cleric slots or vice versa?

Two of my groups play a set schedule (every other Wednesday). One each get scheduled month by month, after the game ends or "whenever player a has a day off that matches all the other folks schedule by chance". So, it varies :)
