I've been out hunting moose with Native friends of mine and helped in the butchering, but I've never shot anything myself. I'd like to learn the skills, though.

Weapon Finesse applies to all eligible weapons, not just a single one. Vehicle acceleration as per the method described by The Shaman. Also, the Knowledge (Military Science) change that he describes is similar to what we've proposed, but haven't implemented yet.
