Congrats! I would suggest the MM next, especially as you stated you liked stripped down rules. The MM will not add any new rules, but will give you plenty of fun baddies to toss at your players. Happy gaming!

I use mine to hide dice rolls, notes, books, and monsters I have prepared. Any other uses you come up with are fine as well. :)
