Although I haven't run into a g-cube yet, I can say without reservation that the Swordmage is by far my favorite 4E class. I really enjoy the versatility that powers like Swordbust, Booming Blade, Lightning Lure, and Flame Cyclone give the character in combat. I should probably also qualify...

Those 4E books are 4E core according to the publisher but apparenly you know better... I didn't realize the Druid, Bard, Barbarian etc were "new" classes.

Core 4E is incomplete because its designers say so. Since they have said that the PHB2,3, etc, DMG2,3, etc, and MM2,3, etc are all core it is quite clearly incomplete by thier own standards until such a time as those books are published.

Story, although as a DM I did feel bad if a whole session went by without at least the potential for one fight. Just saying story might be over simplifying it, for me its really about making player choices meaningful in how the story unfolds and how the campaign develops.

Yet somehow it was not regarded as annoying or rude glad to see everything is still handled in such a fair and balanced way still...

The best thing about this thread is that 3E fans don't feel compelled to trample all over the thread attacking everyones dislikes or writing paragraphs of fluff to justify some stupid aspect of the game, if only 4E fans coud be more like this...

I like it, especially the idea of people wandering into it accidentally. Domains of Dread are a nice addition as well.

Has there been much information leaked about the 4E Druid? For instance has it finally been confirmed as a PHB2 class? In light of the Ranger getting an animal companion only through a specific build/path, I wonder if that will also be the case with the druid instead of the animal companion...
