I think you have missed the point a bit. The problem is with the Elven accuracy being used to re-roll every miss, meaning that you could get an unending blade cascade once a day. It is a Free action there is no limit on them beyond that which a DM feels is reasonable... just like anything else...

There is no distinction made between sources of encounter powers AFAIK. Elven accuracy is a free action, you can have as many of them as the DM allows I think. Yeah I know it's not broken for long, but tie in Blade cascade and you kill everything... every encounter... can't be right.

This isn't Star fleet battles, you don't have to plot out your move in advance. Sure you can keep on moving, if the DS is canny however that will lead to an opportunity attack from his mate.

I'm fairly sure that unless it specifies otherwise that each feat can only be taken once. Many feats do state explicitly they can be taken multiple times.

I don't really get this Lizard, if your mate was willing to play a sub-optimum character for flavours sake in 3e why not in 4e? If you want to be a dwarven rogue, or an elven paladin or a dragonborn wizard, or a whatever there is nothing to prevent this. I dinnie ken yer logic.

I guess the first question is, can you retrain a multiclass feat? If you are a pact initiate could you swap to some other class, you would still only have 1 multiclass, but would it count as the pre-requisite for the encounter power you receive and thus disallow the retrain? If so what about if...
