[OT] Getting Video from Camcorder onto PC

You probably ought to check and make sure your Sound Blaster has a video capture capability. Or, you might go to your camera's manufacturer's web page to see if they have any Windows patches for that particular model. I use Premiere 6.0 and two different Sony Digital8 cameras without any...

    Need a prison.

Ok, the adventure I mentioned is called "Granite Mountain Prison" and can be found in Dungeon issue 36.

    Need a prison.

The old 2e product "Country Sites" has a pretty cool prison complex set in the midst of a large swamp. Or you might try the old Dungeon magazine adventure that has a giant wheel prison carved into a mountain (I can't for the life of me remember the title, though).

Do we still need this forum?

Keep It! I would like to see this forum continue on your boards, Morrus, as the "one stop shopping" place to get d20 publisher's news. Sure a lot of them have their own boards, but having a central repository, as it were, makes getting the news easier. Just my two cents.

    Ambient?

Yikes! I was not aware they had disappeared! Please tell me this is just a temporary blip.

[PR] S.T. Cooley Publishing's Website Opened!

Terrific! I've been waiting for your site so I could see what other cool products you were planning on. Eldritch Energies? Treasures? Planar Powers? All sound very cool. Can't wait to see them. If they stick to the quality level as Mystic Music, they WILL be great. BTW - love Burning...

    Bluffside appearing at Waldenbooks---SOON!!

Not sure Waldenbooks extends beyond the borders of the good 'ol USA (perhaps into Candada, again, not sure). I do know that they primarily live in shopping malls with the occasional stand alone. Just a side note, Waldenbooks and Borders are the same company, and B.Dalton and Barnes & Noble are...

    Ocean Sourcebooks

I've got both the Seafarer's Handbook and Seas of Blood. IMO, for a low-magic type campaign, go with the Seafarer's Handbook. Both are excellent resources with lots of crunchy goodness, but Seas of Blood has a more "fantasy" feel to it.

(STCPub semi-plug) Enchiridion of Mystic Music Feedback Request...

I meant to add something when I saw this thread posted but just didn't get a chance till now. Enrious hit on most of the points I would have made, so I won't rehash. I think my favorite part of your awesome book was the "Mystic Music." Giving bards more latitude in what they can do with their...

    Ink & Quill Free Download

I saw this thread and had to check it out. I'll admit I've only glanced at it but I must say it looks pretty good. I was very disappointed with Bastion Press after I bought "Where Dark Elves Rule" but this has salvaged your reputation with me. Kudos to you. I'm glad there are folks out there...

    [FFG] Spells & Spellcraft

Drat! I forgot about T&T2. Between you guys and Mongoose putting out such awesome products, I'm going to need a second job. :)

    [FFG] Spells & Spellcraft

Has anyone picked up this one yet? If it's as good as Traps & Treachery and the Seafarer's Handbook, I'd say it's a good bet. The previews on FFG's website looked good, too. For anyone who has picked it up, what is your opinion?

    Quintessential Bard?

Sigil, Glad to see you on the boards. I've only had the EMM for a couple of days but I am greatly impressed. To anyone who wants to add some serious variety and spice to your bards, this is a great resource. Well written, the rules seem to be very solid, and the whole concept of Mystic...

    Quintessential Bard?

That'd be a neat addition to their Quintessential lineup. However, if they don't S.T. Cooley Publishing has a pretty good product (available at RPGNow.com) called the Enchiridion of Mystical Music.

Hey Chris - Nice cover for Nyambe!

Thanks for all the great info. I am truly looking forward to this release. Hopefully, it will do well enough to warrant some follow-up resources. Best of luck. Judging from what I saw on your .pdf version on your website, I know I'll be buying a copy.

    Best d20 Publishers?

For my money it is: 1 - Fantasy Flight Games 2 - Mongoose Publishing They keep putting awesome stuff out faster than I can afford to pick it up! D'oh! I forgot to add Malhavoc Press. Sorry Monte!

Hey Chris - Nice cover for Nyambe!

Mega dittoes on the cover. I, too, can't wait for this sourcebook to hit the shelves. I always enjoyed those few adventures in Dungeon magazine that took place in fantasy Africa and always wanted to run a campaign in Hepmonoland or Chult. What other Nyambe resources are being considered?

    Lankhmar d20?

Terrific idea! I must say I was at first skeptical of the "mini-game" motif of Polyhedron/Dungeon, but from what I have seen, I think it works well (can't wait for Spelljammer). C'mon, Erik, whaddya say?

    Seafarer´s Handbook - Reviews?

On earlier post I got a bit of the lowdown on some of what makes them different. From what I gleaned Seas of Blood and Seafarer's Handbook are "generic" fantasy while Twin Crowns and Skull & Bones are set in a fantasy 17th-18th Century Caribbean. I don't remember what was said on Broadsides...
