As is, no. It's way over powered. Make some revisions. On those defenses especially. Ask yourself, if I had to choose a character race, would I choose mine? If the answer is yes, it's probably overpowered.

I have a question about the Serpent Sweep. Why would you need to use a quarterstaff? Wouldn't a leg sweep work just as well to trip?
