In the Implements section of the Wizard entry, it says one implement affects spells that take effect until the end of your turn, or something like that, and then gives examples of such spells in parenthesis. The errata is that these examples don't correspond to that type of duration.

I would like to see the Simulacrum spell made into an epic-tier ritual. There's a monster in the MM, in the Ds or Es, that has such an ability as the spell did, could be a nice starting point :)

Sure, all is good in what you said, but the point you are missing is that I'm saying the MM monsters don't follow the "Monster Making Rules" in the DMG nor the PC ones in the PH.

I was looking at DMG 184, Monster Statistics By Role, and the rules in the PH on what bonuses you add to AC and other defenses, and comparing all of that with the Galeb Duhr Earthbreaker (MM 114) and next page's Gargoyle. The Galeb has a high Con score, so should get more than Fortitude 23, and...

I'm looking at the Bone Naga's Bite attack, which functions a lot like the Hungerer's Gnaw Flesh. The Naga entry uses the Aftereffect term and phrasing. Confusion settles in.... /gasp!

I found the +12 Perception score in the Orcus Deathpriest, IIRC. A 9th level Controller, not unlike the Filth of Ruin. Does the MM actually lists Perception as a skill for that entry?
