Pathfinder 1E Shouldn't the Khopesh sword do Bludgeoning as well?

Ok, I should do that. But from what I understood, the curve was sharp, but one of the corners tips was blunt, but I'm not sure.

Pathfinder 1E Shouldn't the Khopesh sword do Bludgeoning as well?

I looked up the Khopesh sword today in the guides, and I noticed it only did slicing damage. If I recall, I believe Khopesh's blunt side could be used as an effective bludgeoning weapon as well.

Pathfinder 1E Custom Weapon group: Aquatic.

I see your point, and I think there's already a pirate class (I could be wrong though). If you want more aquatic feel, you could add the Autograpnel from the technology guide to the list, or modify it so it seems more like a harpoon gun, I would just give it the stats of a normal crossbow plus...

Pathfinder 1E Would a cutlass be a rapier, longsword, or shortsword?

Ah, my mistake. I'm no fencing expert (though I have grown a recent interest), but I can see how those weapons can be mistaken for one another.

Pathfinder 1E Would a cutlass be a rapier, longsword, or shortsword?

Their similar enough, their both fencing tools I believe.

Pathfinder 1E Custom Weapon group: Aquatic.

Does anyone have any comments? This is the first weapon group I've ever made, I want to make sure it's fine.

Pathfinder 1E Would a cutlass be a rapier, longsword, or shortsword?

Well, I would personally trust Gamerprinter, mainly because if I'm correct, he does this for a living. But he is right to some degree, the cutlass and rapier are similar weapons. Both were made for an era where heavy swords were no longer needed, because heavy armor had fallen out of custom...

Pathfinder 1E Would a cutlass be a rapier, longsword, or shortsword?

I've been thinking about this, but cant really figure it out.

Pathfinder 1E Custom Weapon group: Aquatic.

Whether your training is amongst pirates, privateers, traders or so forth, you have trained on the high seas for most of your career, and as such your proficiency with weapons commonly found aboard a ship has shown itself true. These weapons include: Handaxe, throwing axe, longsword, scimitar...

Pathfinder 1E Homebrew: Deity favored weapon group.

Hey, I was writing a campaign earlier, and the religion was not a pantheon. Since for the most part there was only going to be one deity, excluding old ones and cults of evil outsiders, I decided rather than giving the deity a favored weapon, give him a favored weapon group, and clerics and...

Pathfinder 1E Profession farmer proficiencies homebrew.

Ok then, that does make a lot of sense, there are a lot of farm tools an the martial list... What if it were just scythes?

Pathfinder 1E Profession farmer proficiencies homebrew.

I was making an npc today who was an Inquisitor, with the profession farmer due to his backstory. It come to me, if he's a farmer, should I treat him as proficient with scythes, and any other farm tool that can dual as a weapon (assuming it's of European origin). Would this be a balanced homebrew?

What D&D cliches are you sick of?

In my campaigns, I don't allow players to be able to raise the dead. Death is permenant, only exceptions are through deities, which is rare.

Does anybody else dislike the Warrior cat adventure game?

Well, with that point, it's hard to explain the books themselves. There are clan battles, so large combat is acceptable, not sure how many on each side to be exact. I guess it's just being a fan of the writer and the series, I expected more from the tabletop variation. I can understand that...

Does anybody else dislike the Warrior cat adventure game?

I can respect that, like I said, it's just not my system, I just wanted to see if anyone else felt the same. Personally, I would just do pathfinder and use Ponyfinders fingerless rules, thought it would probably end up being nothing like the books.

Pathfinder 1E How would I treat a two handed Terbutje?

I think I will just treat it as a greatsword with the fragile condition, the one handed variant from the book is basically a longsword with the fragile condition.

Pathfinder 1E How to treat a claymore in pathfinder and other editions.

I agree, though, I find it difficult to define the the ways of the world in a format that can be calculated in numbers, which is basically the essence of tabletop gaming. Though when a sword is greatly different or requires a different technique to use, then that's when they should have...

Does anybody else dislike the Warrior cat adventure game?

I understand. I guess I'm just not a fan of the Tri-stat variant of rpg, just bugs me though. The stats (In most games, not all though) try to capture "the human nature" in a way that can be calculated in numbers. Even though their cats, they interact in a very human nature throughout the...

Does anybody else dislike the Warrior cat adventure game?

I stated that I understood that, though if I am not mistaking, this was made for older fans of tabletop gaming, though I could still be wrong. I understand and respect that its simple for younger audiences, but I would have at least added agility for skills such as pounce, so they don't use...

Pathfinder 1E How would I treat a two handed Terbutje?

But the one handed ones from Ultimate equipment do 1d8. That has to be our starting point if were to go with the official paizo rules.
