I just ordered the starter and a booster knowing I can mess around a bit with my roomates. How good is the game for tournaments? is constructed balanced? How does it compare to magic the gathering or other card games? is constructed less tactical? is there drafting?

sounds like fun. as a DM, i will make it my goal to set up challenging dungeons with limited resources/resting. I think a 50% success rate is interesting enough, and afterwards we can come here and discuss what worked or why the all died!
