I would not. There is a feat that allows you to learn 4 weapon proficiencies and there is a feat that allows you to learn 2 new cantrips (and a first level spell).

I did not call it an action. I used the same terminology the rules use. The line I quoted is from the section called "Breaking up your Move". They could just as easily called it "Breaking up your Movement", but they chose not to do so. This is not some throw away fluff sentence, it is a sub-header.

I care about RAI, and I do not see what you see. You only get one move per turn. as long as you are using movement during your turn, you have not "stopped moving" per the intent of the rules. IE: a character moving from point A to point B may use an action somewhere along the way, he is allowed...

I read the spell limitation to apply to illumination, not light as defined by physics. If the spell meant light-waves, then any attempt to apply physics to the spell is impossible. It creates no matter, so it cannot reflect anything; it creates no energy, so it cannot be perceived.

TV screens a create images that do not reflect light. Holograms do not reflect light. Nothing about the laws of physics say that an image must reflect light.

I would not read it as restricting choice to the list associated with one class. 1. how would it have to be worded to indicate that it was not limited to one class? 2. why would it need to be limited to only one class? Or, what does not limiting it break?
