I can't speak for Vaesen, but their other games are very successful. I have ALL of the Forbidden Lands material, and their Kickstarters usually do really really well.

There's tons of games out there that don't need to slap a "5e" logo onto their game because, believe it or not, 5e isn't a great fit for a lot of games besides D&D.

This was one of the best D&D lore books ever written, for one of the best editions of the game.

You're better off without it, judging by what was done to the other settings. Just use a fan conversion, there are many.

The Arcanis 5e book is pretty solid if you want a detailed psionics system for 5e. I backed the KS and it's really well done.

If even a penny of this book goes back to WotC or Hasbro it's a no buy for me.

Doesn't affect me using Foundry so I'm fine with it. However, I didn't get the core books in time during the OGL disaster when they sold out, so I'm thinking these news ones might be a nice purchase for myself this Christmas :)

Easy, don't buy WotC products.

Dragon and background look fine. The 3 characters look terrible.

"Hey WotC, when are you going to release errata/fixes for this adventure?" WotC: "Hey look! A new cover!" "Yeah, but you didn't update the adventure at all and there's all these problems on pages..." WotC: "Hey, did you see the new cover though!"
