Definately confusing, but looking further... i think all consumable items have the tag 'Consumable' in their description. Of which, the Tools, and Trinkets ( as wella s Elixirs and potions) all bear that tag...so I stand corrected, the list is only 1 item, the useless dull grey stone

Granted, most of those are single use effect, I think the RAI is anything that is not a 'Consumable' is a 'Permanent' item? vis a vis: this reads to me as if these three categories are the groups that all treasure fall into.
