The Rise And Fall Of Evil Genius Games

Great summary. For some reason I thought they were the newest incarnation of Super Genius Games / Rogue Genius Games who did some good stuff for Pathfinder and included authors of the original d20 Modern.

D&D General Why Isn't There a D&D Table Top Miniatures War Game?

There was also Dungeon Command as well as D&D branded Heroscape. And since Magic and D&D are now intermingled, Arena of the Planeswalkers might count, too (it even had unpainted minis in addition to the badly painted ones).

    Terrible sequels

Spiderman 3 and X-Men 3 were disappointing, but I rewatchted them a few years ago and they aren't that bad, just overloaded. Matrix Reloaded and Revolution are also still watchable. I have yet to watch a worse Superhero movie than Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. And I liked the first Ghost...

Despite the thumbnail, this video offers rather nuanced and informative approach on the matter:

WotC: 'We made a mistake when we said an image not AI'

Paizo was rightfully called out when the unionization happened. It's just that Hasbro WotC is now beyond the point of giving them the benefit of the doubt. Companies like them can't leave this hobby soon enough.

    D&D General Plagiarised D&D art

Theoretically yes, but it's more likely that the tracer didn't even know (or care) where the image came from and just did an image search for dragon.

    D&D General Plagiarised D&D art

To make it clear, the Monster Manual art is the original. The DK contains lots of those "line art" images and it's pretty likely that most of them are traced in a similar way, but I haven't identified more D&D images as their source. It's also not a RPG book but an encyclopedia by DK Random House.

They were etablished in 1974, but that image is either from the 2009 edition or from 2019.

    D&D General Plagiarised D&D art

In my opinion there's a small difference between a tiny publisher like TSR at the time publishing traced art and an industry giant like DK doing the same.

    D&D General Plagiarised D&D art

While browsing Myth and Legends by Dorling Kindersley I came across a picture of Veles on page 142 that seemed familiar. So I mirrored and stretched it a bit. The overlay isn't perfect, but the picture was near the spine and I didn't want to damage the book. But it's still pretty obvious...

Pathfinder 2E PF2 Remastered - Does attack of opportunity still exist, or was it replaced by reactive strike?

In Pathfinder 2, Attack of Opportunity was a feature not every class got. Fighters got it at first level for free, but Barbarian, Champion, Magus and Swashbuckler could take it as a 6th level feat. None of those classes are in Player Core 1, but they will get Reactive Strike in AoU's place. It...
