What is this mysterious solution you might be referring to? At any rate, old messageboards turn down, threads are lost to forum crashes, etc. The information decays over time, regardless of how effective search might be. Thanks for the suggestions. That sounds like a good start.

That's interesting. So basically the only constraint on how much the adventurers can do in a day is literally how much time it takes. That's actually kind of cool. At some point you need to sleep, I guess, before becoming exhausted.

I think you're taking it to the extreme. The point wasn't that there shouldn't be consequences, the point was that it is dishonest to publish something that someone contributed to and not acknowledge their contributions.

I'm usually on the DM side of the screen, and T1-4 is the only module/adventure I've ever completed as a player. It was a blast. I'm actually about to start the Return to ... in my 3.5 group. The moathouse looks fantastic. The mines look grindy (and I've heard as much from several reports)...

That was an explicit goal for Monte at the time. He had multiple blog posts detailing how he wanted to book to be useful, not just as a reference, but as a sort of travel guide. He compared it to a Fodor's for the setting, with cross-references and all. It is really hands-down the best...
