Tell Me What Is Good And Bad About "Legends of Excalibur," Please.

Thanks, that's helpful hearing from someone who runs/plays it. This is going to sound crazy, but I had thought to run it as a setting in and of itself...meaning "no Earth or Arthur" if that makes sense. Basically use the themes and the mechanics to do a Arthurian game without Arthur or those...

Huh, funny you mentioned that. The "F" in FCWesel stands for Floyd. Seriously.

Tell Me What Is Good And Bad About "Legends of Excalibur," Please.

Wow. Not often I post a thread on a game and the author is the first to reply. Actually, I would very much like to hear your thoughts on the game. What's good about it? What's maybe not so good about it? What did you accomplish with it? What did you wantto do but didn't accomplish, do you feel...

Got any thoughts or comments, praise or condemnation on "Legends of Excalibur?" How...

Horror on the Hill - your experiences?

hehehe...I JUST ran part of this last weekend, the second session (of three it looks like). I decided to run a BASIC D&D "One Shot" for the heck of it. I tried to force myself to "stay to the script"...I have only wandered a small bit. ;)

    All Flesh Must Be Eaten

It would be great...it's a zombie game, after all. :) Seriously though, Eden's done a great game in AFMBE. There's plenty of options in the various books, the rules are easy to learn and teach and fast to play (IME).

Can Lawful good ever be ruthless?

I don't think it was a bad thing at all. To take it a step farther.... There's a scene in The Crow that always stuck with me where one of the villains says, "Abashed the Devil stood and felt how awful goodness is. And felt how awful goodness is." Against the wicked, all bets are off.
