As far as I know you are correct, there is no reflex save now. However you also can't do more than 1 per round. It appears you automatically deflect a missile each round.

You're right on the Jersey thing. There is a place in the sourcebook they forgot to scrub references from when they converted it to a generic setting. They call one of the roads (mistakenly) The Garden State Parkway. WooT!!!
