I don't think the acting is any worse than the first movie, better in some cases, and the first movie had name actors in it!

Pretty decent so far. The pacing is quick, and the acting a bit overdone, but that's probably due to time constraints and budget. Heck, I've had games start out at a pace like this just because everyone is eager to play.
