Getting a good soreness has been getting a little more difficult when I workout, probably because I need to push harder but I'm always cognizant that I can also overdo things and then be out longer than I want.

I find when disagreeing it's much better to start making your points in bold because that grants greater authority to your position and makes it more right. /s ;)
