I let my players take 20 on their search checks, however any traps that they may find automatically trigger. This generally stops the players from searching every room in the dungeon (or wherever) by just saying we take 20 and search!

I have a problem with "Blinding Spittle" from MOF. For a second level spell that blinds the opponent on a succesful range touch attack...I think that it is unbalanced. :confused:

I do a similar thing in my game, only the victim must be surprised and totally unaware of the attacker.

Yes Jumping is part of your normal move so you can move then jump then move as long as your total distance is not more than your movement, here is the link to the SRD - Skills

I am shocked, I was looking to take Silence for my Fighter/Wizard and I find that it is a 2nd lvl Bard and Cleric spell :confused: Did'nt Silence used to be a wizard spell in earlier editions and does anyone have an idea why it is not a wizard spell in 3e? I checked the errata and it is not...

Maybe if the Lasso ends up around someones neck we could use the same rules for strangulation as the Garrot. Another question: What would the range increment of the lasso be? Im thinking maybe 10ft with the max distance been 20ft Also does anybody have an idea what the d20 western game is called?
