While I agree that it should be possible to further enchant the dagger, I'm not sure it should only be 6000 (+1 to +2). Perhaps the reason it currently is 8000 is that the venom part was treated as a +1 ability. Thus +1 dagger, +1 ability makes it cost as a +2 weapon (8000) + mw dagger (302)...

There are magic items that let your unarmed attacks have work as magic weapon. Amulet of Mighty Fists I think there are others as well IIRC Arcana Unearthed has a feat that lets you enchant your fists like a weapon. Hands as Weapons

Would Improved Natural Attack work with Claws of the Beast? That is would taking INA allow a medium character to use the large column in Claws of the Beast? Would the answer change if the character had natural claws and then used Claws of the Beast?

IIRC the StoneChild is LA +4 and has 2HD (outsider) Thus the character would only be a 6lvl fighter to be ECL 12 Of course outsider HD are great so this likely doesn't change much. Lose 1 fighter bonus feat and gain lots of 30 skill points and better saves. Also loses a few hitpoints (d8 vs d10)

The ECL +1 list above is not correct. I think they are all LA+1 races, but several of them have racial hitdice (bugbear, gnoll, ...) which also factor into ECL.
