Ah. My mistake in relating my thoughts, then. I should have used an example with 2 alternate powers, to illustrate that you would need to make 2 of the powers in the array dynamic to gain any benefit, but one of them need not be the primary power in the array.

It depends on your maneuverability. If you have (Perfect) maneuverability, then yes. Moving up or at an upwards incline is just as easy as moving forward or backward. Anything less than (Perfect) and moving up is hindered by the air, and if your movement is hindered you cannot charge.

They very well could be. I haven't seen them myself. But there certainly are classes that are out-of-whack. If you are saying "classes are mostly balanced" it depends entirely on your sample set. As I said, there are definitely unbalanced classes out there.
