Except you have to be at least 14th level to become an Archmage (Wizard 13/Archmage 1). One of the prerequisites is the ability to cast 7th level spells. Besides, Archmage is only a 5 level prestige class. Now, I'm looking at the 3.5 archmage, I can't remember how much (if any) it has changed...

YES it was, I'd actually put it on level with most puns from my regular GM... and believe me, they're bad! Ahh, but you see, that's because I only have 2 levels of Giant :D I only become Large when I gain my 3rd Giant level ;)
