Hmm thats a good idea moniker (the template one). As for damage expressions, if you look at the table you will find that I DID use appropriate expressions. The normal attack uses medium, the blasts use low, and only the stomp does High Limited damage, because its hard for the trooper to get in...

I agree, I'm really on the fence with it. Ive started to update the segments with formatting and acceptable formatting examples. (though it keeps going down and the formats revert). Check out the feat section for an example.

RAW - Yes RAI - Probably not However, Its not game breaking, and fighters seldom use 2 handed ranged weapons (as they are not 'heavy thrown') so really I see no reason not to let a fighter apply the bonus.

I agree with firelance, HOWEVER!!!! I think its good as written, at epic level i don't care if my wizard always hits with his signiture spell. If it makes him feel good, then I'm happy. Even if +3 is out of line and powerful, its an at-will, and the feat as a whole is cool, but not a MUST...
