    Fullmetal Alchemist

There's only 3 seasons, Wandering Samurai, Legend of Kyoto (best IMHO) and Tales of the Meiji. I've seen the first two and am slowly working my way through Tales.

    Giants of Legend or Deathknell?

My friends and I all had 3 Huge Rares to our case, 9 Huge Uncommons. For GM purposes, GoL is hard to beat, I reckon you made the right call.

Should the Paladin pay for Evil Magic Items he wants / has destroyed?

If the sword was an intelligent evil sword, then yeah, it dies for free. If it wasn't intelligent but still an Unholy sword or the like, it still dies for free. The spellbook? If it didn't detect as evil, then Pally boy better be paying up for that. Either way, sounds like the Paladin's in...

Warlock - Frightening or Sickening Blast?

I'd always go Frightful blast, purely because if someone else does sling a fear effect, then we get the stacking. And will saves are lower than fort at that level IME. Plus, it has more style IMHO.

Power Attack too useful? When is it NOT taken?

Read it again, his minimum damage is 50, 36 is the bonus he gets from the power attack at level 12, courtesy of leap attack. And how the spork is an artificer doing 22 damage with an infusion? I'm looking at the list right now and not seeing it!

Charles Ryan speaks - Paper type in new books

Looking at my RoE and yeah, it feels different. Lighter, but its strangely stiff. Whatever.

Power Attack too useful? When is it NOT taken?

The melee specialist I play with is horrifying with Power Attack. He leaping heedless charges with a Guisarme, full power attacking. Before he even rolls the 2d4 he's forcing massive damage (+8 str mod for +12 on a two-hander, PA'ing his BAB of 12 for 36 damage). When he momentum swings it's...

    Splatbooks to Beware of?

Dire Weasels deal d4 unsaveable Con damage per round while attached (their special ability). So you ride your massively advanced Dire Weasel (every level you have is advancing it with this build) into combat and attach. Normally, while they're attached their AC drops to 12, but you use Mounted...

What is the least amount of Point Buy you'd play with?

    I'll take 25, although it makes MAD's unplayable. I prefer 28-32 personally.

Um, sorry mate, you're defeated by the Air Bud Clause here. It doesn't say I CAN'T!

    Splatbooks to Beware of?

Which is why you Divine Metamagic it. Wraith Strike only lasts for one round, so it can be Persistent. Now, for the worst. Time Domain, Divine Persistent, Time Stop. I build a fortress and then time starts again.

    Youre favorite style of Elf

I love Aerenal and Valenar Elves of Eberron, especially the Valenar (pauses to stare at the pic in RoE of the Valenar horseman coming home). I'm suprised no-one's mentioned the Warlord Elves, short lived hateful hateful HATEFUL Necromancers. Visually, I like a lot of the Eberron art for Elves...

Fee Fi Fo Fum, a Fire Giant I've become!!!

Too big, can't reach Huge size as a medium caster. Unless you're using Skip's house rules which he's again trying to pass off as RAW.

    Complete Arcane

Shadowbane Inquisitor or Nature's Warrior. The first one makes Paladins cool, and Phillipi's illustration takes my breath away, no matter how often I look at it. The second is just perfect for a slightly crazed druid who likes hunting a bit too much.

What is your favorite new race?

Love the Warforged, so much potential and the chapter on them on RoE is amazing. Like Shifters too, but I also am a Werewolf fan, so there, don't mind the Goliaths either. Kalashtar are great, but they seem very Stargate to me (Inspired = Goa'Uld, Empty Vessels are the Jaffa and Kalashtar are...

    Psionics: Balance and Integration

That's the point though, it costs their focus, so unless they've taken other feats, then they have to spend a full round getting it back.
