A mid-high level Druid can sneak in anywhere and slay pretty easily as well. Or just drop some poison in a cup, they can use natural poisons with no problem and get Craft: Poison as a skill.

I like the d20 roll. Yeah, you can fail but when you have ONE PP left, roll that 20 and Charm that evil Archmage, well thats the kind of moment that groups talk about for years to come. That moment is what a DM is supposed to craft, IMO, and the roll helps.

I'll take the Wizard or even the Rogue for Marks game. I'd love to play a Bard, but not in this game system :D Maybe 3.5e will make them worthwhile......
