Actually, if you want to print a booklet, your printer settings need to be changed. Print -->Properties (Top Right)-->"Layout Options" (or something similar)-->Select Booklet Printing ...and you should be off to the races.

You can get the ATI Uninstall Tool here. It erases all things ATI on your machine, from what I understand. (That is, I've used it and my computer didn't melt :p )
