Thanks for the great answers. Using the right triangle method as perposed byu Drawmack there is still too many unknowns though. If the height is 6ft that still leaves two of the side unknown, which you would need one more of to complete the equation.

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I need to figure out a way to find the size a shadow that a person or creature will cast in relation to a light source. At first I thought it would be similair to the equation for light intensity. I= K/d (squared) but I know that it is wrong.

I was wondering if there is an "offical" ECL adjustment for some of the temlates that are in Manual of the Planes. Specifically the template for Shadow creatures.

I saw the movie a long time ago so my memory is a bit fuzzy, but thinking about it why do you need more? I think that every thing is covered. You might want to change some of the skills a bit to relfect the change in the envirment but that's about it.
