The Foe Hunter best represents the focused 'I want to kill every last one of them!' type. I played such a character in 2e and I wish that there had been something like this then. The Foe Hunter doesn't care about any other enemies, he just wants to kill his focused foe.

As per the 3.5 PHB page 226, under the write up for the Enervation spell, the character does not lose hitpoints. In the write up for the spell (second paragraph), it lists what negatives the character suffers and it does not list a lose of hitpoints. YMMV.

I have been using bloodlines in my current campaign (3 players are using them) and I have been counting the bloodline levels for feat/ability point gains. It doesn't seem to be causing a problem for us. YMMV.

Okay, I'm trying to update/convert the Heart of Nightfang Spire adventure from WOTC to 3.5 and I've hit a snag. In the adventure, there are a group of underground dwelling Girallons, some of whom are enslaved and therefore hostile. The problem is that in 3.0, Girallons had a face(space) of 5 ft...

Well, while there is no wrong, in my game that tactic would not work. The summoned creature is an ally, and therefore can not draw an AOO from the fighter. YMMV.

If I recall correctly, +2 characters means +1 CR. Should be in the DMG, which I don't have handy.

I'm thinking of using them in my campaign, but, there is little to no info on height and weight in their chapter. Don't know what name I'll use for them, either.

If you use the 3.5 rules they are pretty well equal.

Since they count as levels for XP, I count them for ability points every 4lv and feats every 3lv. If I didn't, my players would have a fit:p .
