Can natural attacks (claws) be used as light weapons? I know unarmed attacks can, but there are several differences between natural attacks and unarmed attacks. PS, the character is not a monk.

I thought some of the accessories like Frostburn included these. Which included expanded lists for the summon monster spells based on creatures released in the accessory. But I couldn't find it anywhere. Does anyone know if such a thing exists? Thanks
