Ahh yes this made it into the spell compendium, too. I never noticed it because it's not on the cleric list for some reason. Druid 7, Balance 7. Clerics of Boccob, Obad-Hai, and Fharlanghn get no love in the 7th level alignment spells.

Think about how much better the spell compendium would be if it also repeated the spells in the PHB, though.

Well, I'm voting from my character's perspective. He's travelled to Sigil, but has never heard of Freeport. The unique aspects of Sigil filled many pages of my humble Cleric of Fharlanghn's journal.

I make stabilization rolls for NPCs. They're not dead; they're dying. If you leave dying corpses around, you shouldn't be surprised when they return, looking for revenge.

For the cleric spells with material components, I'd only worry about the ones that cost money. Anarchic/axiomatic/holy/unholy storm requires the appropriate water. The spells to make that water require iron and silver (25gp). I wouldn't particularly care how my cleric managed to find a wood...

Iin Bad Paper's campaign, my cleric is the only character who needed to be rolled at a higher level. When my monk died (for ridiculously lame reasons) and couldn't come back, Bad Paper told me that no item could be worth more than 1/3 of my total treasure. Which seemed pretty reasonable.
