To be really blunt: What I *don't * want is for WotC to consider ANY of these options, for the simple fact that the last thing we need is more reason for the GSL to go back to legal for review, delaying it even further. Jus' sayin'.

What those of us on the original conference call were told was that the GSL will be made public when the game is released in June, but will have a clause stating that use of the GSL cannot begin until the go-live date (which, for the non-Phase-1 publishers, will be January 2009).

It's all speculation until we publishers get a look at the License, which still hasn't happened. Plus, when we do, we're under NDA -- so nobody will be able to talk about it.
