Only against the first attack, Steely Retort doesn't allow you to take extra opportunity actions per turn, just allows you to make a mba as one when hit by someone adjacent.

Umm...OA's are per turn not per round. So yes Steely Retort would allow you to make a MBA against each adjacent enemy that hits him while he has Bladesong is up.

Thief is definitely my favorite, it gives me that real old school feel as well as being back to being the skill monkey. I'm also fond of the Mage, liking the schools far more then the Implement masteries.

So the features at 3 and 7 aren't encounter powers like Bladesong?

Just something to note, the exact wording for Bladesinger is that it can't have a shield or weapon in its other hand, you're perfectly allowed to have an implement (i.e Rod) in your off hand to have your pact blade as your weapon and have all your Bladesinger stuff available.

This is indeed a fearsome creature, the only thing I see slightly problematic is the zone her breath weapon creates only lasts until the end of her next turn, so if the party doesn't have an initiative count between 30-20 or 20-10 or 10-0 then One head won't gain the benefit of the breath...
