We usually play on Sataurday nights. Start around 8-9PM and then carry on for as long as we are able. Finish time is usually 1-2AM. Afterall, we've got sunday to recover.

Last night, I ran a Dragonstar game. I was keeping track of the number of Tanarukk pirates the PC's had dispatched when I overhead the players talking IC that "that was the 7th one". I realised at that point the combat wombat was keeping tally "for XP purposes".

Are you sure, leisure games sends me an email every week about the new releases they get in. And their catalogue (the online ordering one) seems upto date with what they have and haven't got in stock.

I can also reccomend leisure games. I have ordered several items of them and have had nothing but excellent service from them. They even pulled an order from the delivery bag when I rang up and asked them to after finding out that I could'nt actually afford the book and pay for food.

Its just occured to me, both versions of Call of Cuthulu (Chaosium and d20) mention it and Unknown Armies second edition mentions it several times.

Unfortunatly our groups favourite genre for RP'ing is the present day. I feel that ignoring it or pretending it did'nt happen would be disrepectful. We do'nt go out of our way to mention it as most of our games are set withing the EU and Austrialia/New Zealand (have a soft spot for the ozzies...

Especially since after looking through the book in our local "catalogue" store (expensive book store, we buy from the cheap store that shrink wraps RPG books) I can say that without a doubt Afganistan d20 is one of the biggest piles of steaming donkey dodo I have even seen.
