I was reading the advanced race guide, and noticed some races have a fly speed. How do I treat flying in combat? Does it help them evade things like trip and charge, and how do I keep in mind obstacles that would hinder most land bound races?

In the Core rulebook, it states that Dwarves find Elves too frail, flighty and pretty to be deserving of respect. It also states that they have the closest bond with Humans for their industrialist nature and hearty appetites. Where would a Half Elf land in their eyes?

Well, I wanted it to have stats. I read through ultimate equipment, and most everything else has stats, even matches and torches have stats, so it seems it would be a bit anachronistic for it not to.

I know lighters of this type aren't common in medieval style worlds, but I wanted to add one to my campaign. How would lighting and un-lighting it work? How would fuel work?

I understand that it would give you bonuses to rolls to see if you know anything about the local area, but what if you move to another country of sorts, would you still have knowledge local? Or does Knowledge local transgress regions?

Depending on the reason, it could be completely logical for a monster to have breasts. If its humanoid, it could (I think apes have breasts, just not human breasts), if its a construct, it was just built that way by the designer, if its dragonborn I think their descendant from humans anyway so...
