    Experience points gained?

Hm. The PC's had a 62,000gp item. At 7th level, that should represent more than the total wealth of 3 PC's. Secondly, you can't throw a necklace of fireballs. You have to throw one at a time OR throw it and cast a fire spell on it (and it must miss its save... on which it has a +7 bonus). In...

    How are spiked chains carried?

In Drunken Master II (an EXCELLENT kung-fu flick IMO), near the end, Jackie Chan fights a Chain-wielding bad guy. The chain doesn't seem to be spiked, since he spins it and wraps it around his forearm. Lobo carries his chain in a similar fashion (but he has a hook at the end of the chain)...

    Experience points gained?

In the DMG, IIRC, facing (and surviving) an encounter of your Average Party Level + 10 should not give any XP, since, in fact, the characters should not have survived. Would you care to elaborate on what happened? Please? Also, I thought that only surviving characters got XP... Oh well. Slim

Best Class for a solo player campaign

I also thought that the cleric would be the best choice. But Alas... Every player went through the same dungeon as a solo adventure before we could join up. I had the cleric, and I was the only one to die (vs a rogue, a wizard and a monk). Slim

    Stilled, Silent Spellcasting Provokes AoO?

Yes but we need a rationale to justify the fact that you can identify a spell with no components, as it is being cast. Slim

    HELP with Poison PLZ!!!

There was a thread yesterday about the delivery of poison. It indeed seems that any type of weapon may deliver injury Poison. As for obtaining poison, Alchemy could be a way to do it, but if you want to buy some, you'll indeed need to find some sort of blackmarket (as a blackguard, that...

Nice way of looking at it. And that penalty is ON TOP OF the -4 penalty you suffer on the first extra arrow. Slim

Confirm roll as in Confirming a critical hit? Yes, you apply the same modifiers to the confirm roll as you did to the attack roll. Slim

Suggestions for Wildshaping into a higher HD monster

That is a good question :) The logical way of doing it would probably be to take the Feat route, ie design feats to improve your capacity at Wildshaping: Improved Wildshape Prereq: Wild Shape ability, Con 13 Benefit: The character with the Wildshape ability may Wildshape into a creature of...

Druid wildshaping into a higher HD monster than himself?

Those are all acceptable suggestions. Perhaps (if official rules are indeed non-existant) you should direct this conversation into House Rules. Slim Edit: just realized you did. Sorry :)

    Manyshot, very very confused!

As the others have said, plus: If your BAB is +6 to +10 or less, as a standard action, you may fire 2 arrows at the same time. You roll to hit only once, and you have a -4 penalty to the roll. If your BAB is +11 to +15, as a standard action, you may fire 2 or 3 arrows at the same time. You...

Druid wildshaping into a higher HD monster than himself?

You mean rules to do exactly what Wild Shape doesn't allow you to do? Haven't heard of any, no. Slim

It's 3.0 Shuriken/Orb spells all over again. You'd think they would have clarified it in 3.5, but nooooooo, they were probably too busy stuffing manzanilla olives... bastards. Slim

    Stilled, Silent Spellcasting Provokes AoO?

5th, in fact. (I know, that's not entirely the point :)) Slim Edit: What he's trading for his 5th level spell is the ability to cast it in very adverse conditions. What could be interesting house rules would be to determine a way for a spellcaster to disguise the spells that he/she/it is...
