    Really? Epic monsters seem to have +30 or more to their attacks, so a -10 bonus would be about a third of their attack. 5th level monsters seem to have around a +12-15 to attacks. So if the Dragoon had an 18-20 str (+4-+5) then that would still be about a third. Maybe a 1/3 penalty to attack...

    Good point. I was thinking about that yesterday (I.E. the fact that the other strikers don't get the better armour proficiencies and I was basically giving my striker access to the best armour right off the bat.) I think I will change it to just be Chanmail. Thanks for the help!
